Like the others who have posted to this site, I ordered a leather jacket over a month ago, got confirmation of my order, and never got the jacket. Each time I am able to contact them by phone, I get a nonsensical explanation for why the jacket has not arrived and a promise that it has or will ship soon - but it never did.
