Jane Magazine Won't Let Go

Trying to end my subscription withJane magazine has been more trouble than getting out of a relationship. It even had an embarassing chapter where they sent me mail marked on the outside of the envelope to make me look like a deadbeat.

Actually, I had elected not to renew my subscription and did not own them any money. They have sent me multiple mailings made to look dire as if I was failing to take some required action. Again, I just chose not to renew my subscription. It's been six months or more that they have been contacting me after I chose not to renew.

Just got the latest legalistic dire sounding notice. It's icky. I didn't know that subscribing to a magazine for young women about fashion and popular culture would have such a dour, faux legalistic side, i.e. read about moisturizers or else, comrade. It's deceptive and shameful. Shame on you Jane magazine. Before this happened, I might have resubscribed someday if the content improved. Now it seems less likely, as I contemplate this very bad behavior.
