Dear Sir / Madam, I am very glad to read the mails received from, as I feel Rs. 2695/- on DD no. 431522 dated 29/11/2000 has been kept by you silently for so many years (not months, nor weeks, nor days).

I have lost interest of Rs. 2,695/- for 4 years and as per your earlier mail I will be loosing the same for till May 2003. But today is 29.12.2004 and I am yet to receive the same.

I am really frustrated and have no other option than to go to the consumer court. I feel 4 years of patience is enough for me and you as well.
