T-Mobile wireless. out of utah T-Mobile wireless. out of utah
I have cel-service with both T-Mobile and Verizon. Last month T-Mobile started to text me and leave voice mail letting me know that my bill was due. I get payed twice a month and work my bills according to my pay days. I spoke with a representative at T-Mobile and he insisted that I had to pay with an electronic check so my service would not be turned off.
So I went ahead and did an electronic check. Five days later I again received more text and voice messages telling me I need to pay them! I then called to inquire why I need to pay them AGAIN? It was seven days since I made the electronic payment and they did not take the money, I was told the representative I spoke with did the transaction wrong! So how is this my fault? This month on dec 8th,2004 I sent my payment out along with other bills to be payed. Five days later other bills started coming in and were being payed. EXCEPT T-Mobile! I spoke to another representative seven days later and they still had not received my payment! I then told her when it went out and for how much. Next day my phone was shut off!
Eleven days later I called again and asked about my payment and it still was not there, so again I did another electronic check, I was told it will come out of my account within two hours. Well two days later they still have not taken out the money and still have not received my check!!! I do not believe that it takes fifteen days for the mail to get there (so far) and why is it that the electronic check has not even gone through? I think they have a bunch of incompetent people working for them. I will fulfill my contract with them and then cancel. I have had Verizon for the same amount of time and they have NEVER text me or left any messages letting me know my bill is due! I will never refer T-Mobile to anyone unless they want to be hassled every month!
