Mobile phone rental in Cannes, France. I came on 13.05.04 to the Film Festival in Cannes. I rented a cellular phone throughout CELLHIRE representative there. I was being told that in my last day in Cannes, the 20.05.04, I am to leave the phone at my hotel. When I got home I saw I was charged in visa by CELLHIRE for 421 EUR. I asked from VISA Company to look on the account and saw I spoke 412 minutes. It is impossible! I spoke not more than 60 minutes. I will be pleased if you check your accounts and received an outgoing phone calls list, correct them and return to me ASAP the money that you took without my consent. I have since called your office in Paris more than 5 times and all I get is promises. I have found at least 5 other companies that I recommended to CELLHIRE and surprisingly, they have all encountered the same problems... I hope this is resolved soon before further actions are taken.
