To Whom It May Concern at Complaints.com, I am writing this in response to a harassing phone call that me and my mother get on a daily basis, and I wanted to see what steps we can take to deep-six this. One time, a guy said "Hello?" and hung up-this is when our answering machine picked it up. It is the number (818) 879-2545. Our ID box shows this number is calling from Agoura, California. I saw your documented complaint e-mails that you posted from Jess K and Michelle G, who both had this same problem.

Today, I got fed up and answered it. I asked the man what he wanted, and he wouldn't say, and he was asking for my mother. I just said my mother wasn't available. Then he asked if there was a spouse available to talk to. I said no, there isn't. He then hung up. Here's the other problem: my mother is on the DNC list already. How did these people get through this? With a loophole? Please, let me know what me and my mother can do to put this to a stop.
