Express camera are the worst people I have ever dealt with in mail order - I use mail order all the time. They are rude and a fraud in the way they deal with you. I ordered a lend on line and got an email to say that I had to confirm by phone. I called and cancelled the order. I then received the order so I called to tell them that I had cancelled it - they of course had not given me a cancellation number - and I did not think of asking for it.

Now they say they will take it back but not pay back the money for shipping and return shipping which is over $50 for nothing - especially for something I had cancelled. They were incredibly rude - even threatening me with credit collection agency if I talked to my American Express and also saying that they would not give any money back. I have never come across anyone like this. How can they get away with this?
