I used this apartment locator service as a referral on my guest card, application, and lease. With the understanding that I would be receiving a $100.00 rebate. That simple. It's now going on 2 months that i have not received the rebate that I should have been entitled to. I have been calling the locator service inquiring about a check that was supposedly mailed last Saturday, December 18, 2004 everyday this week.

Everytime I call the locator says it was mailed, or late due to the holiday rush. Ok. This company is in Houston , I am in Angleton; it does not take that long for mail to get here. When I called again today I was told that he will re-issue another check today.

I think the guy is full of bologna. I have tried to resolve this problem but I am getting nowhere. I feel that this is nothing but a big scam. I asked to speak to a manger but he is the manager. He keeps telling lie after lie and I am sick of it. Even if I do not receive the rebate, this guy needs to be stopped. He should not be allowed to keep getting away with this.
