i am writing to you, because i think capital one is doing lot's of scan with their costumers, i haven't use my credit card over a year, so this year they charge a membership fee, i have not problem in paying for the service, but what happen is they charged me my credit card and did not sent me a statement that i owe then money , just few days i go i got a letter from then i my credit is at risk, because they charge me a membership fee and charged me late fees for 2 months.

how can you pay something if you don't even got a bill that you owe this people. So now they reported me to the equifax that i was 90 days behind on my payments. i hope i never got anythign for this terrible company, they have no rights to do that to people, this a BIG SCAM
