Simmons Beauty Rest pillowtop

I bought this mattress on March 1 2004 from 1800 mattres.

After just 3 months the pillowtop sags and wont reshape. If I lay on my back I'm fine however if I sleep on my stomach my back arches and I'm in pain.

1800 mattres sent over a inspector, said there was no problem. my back does not agree.

I called simmons who said they will do nothing.

I am looking into small claims court.

any suggestions?

I BOUGHT THE SAME MATRESS AND IT'S AWFUL!

IT SAGS THE FILLING IN THE PILLOW IS NOT FIRM

AND HAS NO MEMORY TO BOUNCE BACK TO IT'S ORIGINAL FORM.
