It has been a nightmare dealing with Marquette, Mi. Branch Office as well as Main Office in Southfield, Mi.

Simply asked why our premium was being held up?

Marquette's reply- We heard you gave one car to your daughter. Not only not true, what would it have to do with anything anyway. I don't insure cars for anyone else and can't insure a car i don't own.

With three attempts to get changes in policy made, it only got worse. Repeated calls to Southfield only resulted in rude, could care less, and lies attitude.

Then finially after weeks of repeated requets for a correct premium statement, offered to pay by check number over phone. Wrong number given to bank by them of course, retuned by bank as non-account. Demanded they try again with same checking account. Offered a payment by credit card instead, if they prefered. Now I have a premium paid twice. Another run-around trying to get a refund.

Continued to be lied to by both Marquette and Southfield offices. This is the treatment of customers with years of membership in AAAreceive. AAA told if refund not received by 1/1/05 we would settle in litigation.
