I was passed from individual to individual with no satisfaction and no one seems to know where my order is. I was finally told to call another customer service line with another 25 minute wait, because I was told, they have been swamped with calls from unhappy customers such as myself! Helene K

I ordered a dress. It arrived three days later than expected, as I paid for rush delivery. The dress was too small in the chest. I had to return the dress at my expense for an exchange to a Medium. They charged my dress again for the medium and said they credited my small-size dress, but I did not receive credit until four days later. They had to turn around and credit me again for the medium size dress that they returned, as it was not in stock. (Don't you think they should look to see if it is in stock before they charge me and hold on to my money for over a week?) When I called to inquire, they said the new dress was out of stock until the end of June which was a month later. I went ahead and canceled as the customer service I was getting was horrid. They would not put me through to a manager, and I had to pull teeth to get through to a so-called supervisor who also was unprofessional and rude. Nothing was resolved, except for the cancellation of my order (OR SO I HAD THOUGHT). This morning, 06/09/2010, I woke up to find out they charged my account again for the dress!! When I called, I was again confronted with rude customer service. I read my old notes to her regarding the above, and she wanted to know why I did not document the time on my notes because now it was going to take at least another 24 to 48 hours for them to find the phone conversation to see if I "TRULY" canceled the order; and only then would they credit my account the $89.95, but then they still would not credit it until I returned, AT MY EXPENSE, the dress that they apparently shipped out on 06/08/2009. When I asked to speak to the manager or supervisor, again NO LUCK. I will never order from Pyramid Collection again. There are plenty of other places to find the clothes that they sell. They like to say they are exclusive to Pyramid Collection, but I am happy to say that I have found them in catalogs of other retailers.

Pyramid Collection has the WORST customer service I have EVER encountered...and I mean EVER. I have been trying to get my money back for days now on an item they ran out of. The order opperators insist on just transferring you to some "customer service" number where you will sit on hold for a MINIMUM of 25 minutes. I've had to deal with this 4 times now, and still have not gotten my money back - even after I was assured last week that the funds were being credited back. I am now at the point where I am contacting my credit card company to reverse the transaction. I will NEVER purchase another damn thing from them again and will advise others not to either. Other merchants carry the same, if not similar items and we consumers should not have to put up with this kind of crap.

I have had the same experience with not receiving an item. I called three times and was told it was due in in two weeks. The last time I called I was told that my order must have been at the bottom on the pile. Their customer service is a joke.
