We purchased a set of couches , paid a premium for the best material, and now we are having problems, firstly, they are very rude, i keep on leaving messages and not getting the right answers. the material we paid a premium for, is falling apart, the couch which is not even 6 months old looks like a five year old couch. They expect my parents who are over 70, to shave these couches, they did not even offer us an exhcange -(even though we were informed they have a restocking fee for returns.) dont know where else to go. frustrated & very Upset. Sears Canada is the only company, who treats there customers with the outmost respect, customer satisfaction, should have gotten them there. Anna
