purchased a tracphone in October, the phone did not work. Sent the phone in and got another model back.

Kept the different model, but had to call in to tracphone 6 different times because the sim card was not compatible with our area code. asked if there was a compatible sim card and was told there was one, but it seems they cannot find it.

Now I am trying to go through Meijers complaint system to see if I can get a good phone or a refund.
