DISH NETWORK POB 7203 Pasadena, CA 91109-7303 Satellites & More 2182 Dupont Dr-suite 2, Irvine CA 949-660-0921 I have had continual connection problems with Dish network since they installed the system in August 2004. I am supposed to have 4 televisions working. Right now both “2” systems do not work. One gives the dish symbol and a message to push select to continue but select doesn’t do anything. (Yes, I have changed the batteries in the remote) The other just shows a blue screen. I have been on the telephone hours with technicians.

 

They had me do many things including moving a 27” television across the room and by-passing the junction box. I am 61 years old and this wasn’t any easy chore. It still didn’t work and then they told me to call JARED the installer at 949-660-0921. I have left messages and today his phone just rings. When I telephoned DISH once more I was told I would have to pay $99 for a technician to come out to the house. This does not seem fair nor right to me. What are my options, I signed a years contract and I expected to have it long after but not if I can’t watch the television not get connection Sylvia S
