Bristol West Insurance. I called in to cancel my insurance, to which I was told to send the cancellation in writing which I completely understand. I work in the business myself, and I understand that is standard practice. I was then told there is a $50.00 cancellation fee.

That is beyond a doubt the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard of. I asked other people in my office my have a combined total of about 60 years of combined insurance experience and they confirmed what I was suspecting. so what i was hit by someone in august 2008 and im sitting here with no car no money nothing is ever told to me about the case all im told is this can take indefinately to clear up life is short and im dumping this slacking company they can stick thier 50 dollar fee where the sun dont shine
