Consumer Financial Mortgage Co. Started a mortgage loan in the middle of August to buy a house and here it is almost the end of December and they still weren't done processing my loan and i ended up loosing the house because apparently these people didn't know what they were doing. Every time that we would get ready to close they would call and say that they needed more information.

If they really knew what they were doing that should have all that stuff together and sent a list of things that needed to be done instead of doing one thing at a time. They apparently cant keep files very well because i had to keep sending them information that i had already sent before because it apparently got misplaced. I would never refer this company to anyone.
