I called TruGreen Chemlawn in the fall for an estimate and analysis, as my biggest priority was to have an aeration done, which is to be done in the fall.

They took down my name, address, phone number, they even gave me a confirmation number. They said they would send someone within 5-7 days and get back to me.

I called 4 weeks later to follow up, and they have NO RECORD of me in their computer. And they said now it's too late for an aeration. This was my first experience with this company. I will be sure to NEVER use them, as well as my family and friends.
