Cal spas 1462 East 9th Street Pamona ,California 91766 1800-225-7727. We bought a new hot tub that has not worked since we got it delivered on midnight 5 years ago. We have had several technicians out to fix out hot tub and after the cal spa tech leaves it shuts down again. We have called and called this company they offer a five year warranty.

problem is ther is no one in our area that works on these spas and the dealer moved about two weeks after we bought this tub. We ordered the tub two months prior to the delivery. Now they offered for any one to fix the tub ,so i called Stephen Rysted with hot water works and he came out to see what needed to be replaced.

While check it out he discovered the model# and serial# does not match my original invoice. They sold us a used broken piece of junk-at least that is my belief. Now the company representative Peggy Hamblin says I now have to use their tech to fix the problem. And the dealer must have wrote down the wrong number on the invoice.

What B.S. I do not want a new hot tub now because i want every penny i spent on this hot tub plus expenses incurred with trying to fix this one. As soon as I finish this letter,I plan to call and see if my lawyer is in his office yet. I'll see them in court.

I AM A FORMER CAL SPA DEALER, I DROPPED THEM FOR ALL THE REASONS EVERYONE COMPLAINS ABOUT. CAL BLAMES THE DEALER FOR EVERYTHING. THEY TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR SHOTTY PRODUCT. MGMT. THERE LIES RIGHT TO YOUR FACE THEN DENIES IT. I COULD GIVE YOU CASE AFTER CASE OF THEIR POOR PRODUCT. I WON AWARDS FROM CAL FOR YEARS FOR HIGHEST SALES IN MY AREA OF COUNTRY.
