Is there a reasons why you don't respond to complaints. Do you have to many?

I just recently renewed your products Norton Anti Virus and Norton Internet Security and I must say I wish I did not. Your on line Customer Service facility or lack of one is extremely fustrating. You have no telephone number to call with problems.

I have been attempting repeatedly to receive "Live Updates" and each time I rperform the downloads, I recieve various errors (i.e. LU1806). When I purchase a products I expect it to work, and if it does not I expect a human technitian to guide me through the product malfunctions. At this point I am so fustrated that I will be pursing a refund and will try another service provider if I am not provided a telephone number call for assistance.
