Furniture Store Chattanooga, TN Recently we made a purchase of some bedroom furniture. The delivery people refused to deliver it to the house and wanted to leave it on the corner that is 3/10’s of a mile from the house. We live at the end of a long drive with adequate space to turn around and have had moving trucks much larger here before when we moved in. Rooms To Go is all about volume and does not care about customer service. This is the SECOND order I cancelled with them.

The first order I made was for couches 2 years ago. They didn’t show up and I cancelled that one as well. I would recommend that if you are going to buy furniture go to an establishment that WANTS your business. Bottom line, Rooms To Go is a chain establishment with no customer service. Thanks, Chris D.
