Here is a copy of a letter I submitted to thrifty on their website.

Hello,

your company has completely suprised me with it's ability to fail to service a client in need. At 2:30 in the morning with a dead battery we were told by Linda and her Supervisor Stacy that while you were able to find the rental contract, you couldn't confirm some details. As such we were refused any assistance what-so-ever.

We were told by Stacy this was "to protect the customer". When Stacy was asked how not providing assitance on a rainy night at 2:30 am was of some sort of protection or benefit she had no explaination what-so-ever of how this protected the client she claimed to be looking out for.

It would seem to most logical folks that her inability to explain the benefit is becuase there of course ISN'T ONE!

We will

1.) NEVER rent from your worthless company again

2.) Tell EVERY one we know that your company is inept at customer service

3.) Discuss the possibility of chargeback with our credit card company

4.) Post a copy of this story on every website willing.

How would you suggest I close this letter without sounding irate?
