KFC Complaint
On 12/01/04 I visited the KFC located in Pinetop-Lakeside, AZ (there's only one). I used the drive thru window and had difficullty in reading the menu due to the glare. Therefore, I asked a simple question if they still had popcorn chicken.
The window attendent known as Mark by his name badge, instructed me to look in a specific area of the menu. Why did a simple yes or no not work in this situation. Instead I had to re-ask the question to which his reply was a rude yes and tried to sell me the family size after I had already asked for the single serving.
Mean while, I was waiting for our food at the drive thru window when I noticed Mark remove mashed potatoes and gravy from my order and place it in a single serving dish. When I questioned him about is unethical practice, he became defensive and said the "new guy" put too much on my plate --OH REALLY... The side dish had mashed potatoes and gravy smeared all along the edges and on the side and Mark then proceeded to show me the plate stating there was plenty.
I would hope the owners of this franchise would not tolerate this poor customer service. Here in a small town customer service is everything. I am not happy and I will express my displeasure to my family and friends.
