I was the one that had to initiate any conversations to find out how my loan process was going. Each time I called, I would find out something unexpected, like the person handling the loan had quit, someone else was handling it, and I would have to start the process over and over.

Wells Fargo Home Mortgage cost me a fortune. Their customer service was horrible. I was the one that had to initiate any conversations to find out how my loan process was going. Each time I called, I would find out something unexpected, like the person handling the loan had quit, someone else was handling it, and I would have to start the process over and over.

After the third time, I just told then to forget about it, I couldn't take it any more. There was actually one representative that I was never able to get in touch with, and I still don't know who he is or how to reach him. I was told early on in the process that my loan was approved and was even given a closing date. Called to find out where to go to close, and was told that that person had quit and someone else had my loan.

Found out that it was not approved, they needed more information (which I had already provided), and was just aghast. This happened twice!! I just gave up, almost lost the property and ended up losing a lot of money.

This was probably the worse experience in my life, thus this complaint. I tried to resolve this issue with Wells Fargo, but would not get anyone to give me an address, name or phone number to direct my complaints to. Thank you

This sound so familiar. My original agent was always out of the office, sick, vacation, etc. Finally she quit. When I called back for the thousandth time I was told she quit and I had a new agent. I had to turn in paperwork 3 different times. The last time I called was around the first of August. She told me she was in a meeting and would call me back. Here it is Sept 17th and still no phone call from her. I had terrible customer service. I filed a complaint with the BBB and had someone from the main office in IA call me. It was useless. Still no satisfaction. If you live in the Atlanta, GA area, DO NOT do business with the Market Place Branch in East Point. They are useless, sorry, and very very rude.
