From Home depot. I bought it on 3/28/02 on 7/15/03 the chain for the light broke out of the housing I called The 800# in the booklet they told me I had to but the whole housing with the motor. They told me I had to send a check to CEI America in Brookings SD that they could not take a charge card over the phone. I did do this. It took three weeks to get the motor.

I don't understand why I had to pay for the whole motor but I did due to I had no light in my kitchen. Well now one year later the same chain broke again. Now what do I do I call the 800 number again they again told me I need to buy the whole motor again. Now I have to wait a few more weeks because they want a check first. I paid good money for this fan and every year I need to pay allot of money to fix this. Pam V
