Desperately needs assistant

I am a customer of Sprint and a very unsatisfied customer. I recently switch my phone service from Bellsouth to Sprint, with the assumption that there service was good, unfortunately it was a disappointment.

I switch my service two months ago and still i am unable to receive a statement in the mail. What i realized on the first month was that my bills were still being delivered to my old address of three years ago. Immediately i called sprint customer service to correct the information and several times they neglect my request, even thought upon sign-on i gave them all the information and verified that it was correct. At this time my long distance is now disconnected and so is my voice mail.

My last call was made on August 30th, 2004, i spoke with Ms. Tiffany Standley Management Support and she was unable to resolve my dispute. As a result of there poor customer service, my conclusion from their response is " THE CUSTOMER IS NEVER RIGHT".

My dispute is still unresolved and my phone service is up for disconnection. I am very disappointed as a result of there action and need some assistant in trying to resolve this issue.
