Yahoo Personals - I used your yahoo personals for the month of May. At the end of May, I canceled my personals. Maybe i didn't do it correctly, However the fact is that i canceled it I canceled my use of my messenger and everything to do with yahoo.

To Yahoo Personals Billing Department, I used your yahoo personals for the month of May. At the end of May, I canceled my personals. Maybe i didn't do it correctly, However the fact is that i canceled it I canceled my use of my messenger and everything to do with yahoo.

Which is not what i planned to do. Again i was unable to access that account including messenger, Let alone the personals part under my user name which was dc40us and after canceling my account I was unable to use messenger or any part of yahoo under this user name. You took out a deduction on my Debit card At the end of May, Now in August you took out another $31.92 which is not acceptable. I had my bank send a Fax to you as when i called the # that was on my Bank Statement, I was given the Fax # and told there wasn't a phone # to reach you at. I was also given a confirmation # which is 503193 .

I also stated in my Fax to you that of the above. When i canceled my account, It canceled my messenger and everything, Including my buddy list. I was unable to open my messenger under the user name dc40us and my password was clock. If i can't open my messenger under this user name, And i couldn't access personals under the same user name, Then i shouldn't be charged anything after the May withdrawal. I asked for a refund and sent a letter stateing these facts to you with the Fax from my bank.

Please do not ignore my Fax & letter, Or my complaint asking for a refund of $31.92. If needed i will contact the Attorney General and take further steps. I sent several emails under the help portion of messenger under another user name, Which was bigd1960c and asked to have my messenger restored without any compliance. So i'm asking you to PLEASE Send the refund of $31.92 to my bank in which you took it from, Being Greenville National Bank. In Greenville Ohio. My name is Darren Coby aka dc40us @ 1 time.

If you choose not to refund my money's then at least i would expect an email stating why you feel this account was still open to me when actually it was NOT!!!!! I'll be awaiting my refund A.S.A.P.
