Uhaul truck rental - i have contacted uhaul for an urgent move on a truck they told me that i will be guaranteed a truck the next day and the regional office will contact me when a truck is available i asked what time the next day they told me around 5:00 PM.

Uhaul truck rental for Resident:

i have contacted uhaul for an urgent move on a truck they told me that i will be guaranteed a truck the next day and the regional office will contact me when a truck is available i asked what time the next day they told me around 5:00 PM.

i agreed they asked for a cc (credit card) to charge a $5.00 fee to guarantee my reservation for a truck so i gave them what is needed they advised me if i don't get a call by 10:00 am. to call the regional office at 877-755-6558.

so 10:00am came by and no call back so i called the regional office at the # given to me. i was put on hold from 10:05 am. to 11:37 am and im still holding at this time i called the reservation office they transferred me to costumer service which i was directed back to the regional office.... (((and above all no truck)))??? costumer satisfaction gaurentee is a joke in the uhaul service book ...... I will never do business with them and sure will not advice any one else .....
