NCO finanacial - I;m writing in regards to Nco Financial..they have harrassed me for months over a student loan i owe. They threatened me , phoned me everyday, they called me names. I hang up on them but they just kept calling. I made payment arrangements to pay 100$ a month to help with the student loans. This seemed ok they were happy they were getting payments.

I;m writing in regards to Nco Financial..they have harrassed me for months over a student loan i owe. They threatened me , phoned me everyday, they called me names. I hang up on them but they just kept calling. I made payment arrangements to pay 100$ a month to help with the student loans. This seemed ok they were happy they were getting payments.

Well now i am being harassed again by them...this time they want my financial statements....how many kids i have..what i pay in bills...how much i pay in grocerys. I told her i don;t think thats any of her business and she got mad and said oh you are refusing so i can stop your payments. And i said listen i made arrangements to pay my debt back, you are getting something.

And she said thats not good enough and that she wants my financial statements by the end of the month or else. I;m not going to give my finanacail statements to her because i already made an agreement to pay 100$ a month. I want these people to stop bothering me and just let me continure to pay my monthly payments in peace. I thought of charging them with harassement..I just might yet.
