APPROXIMATELY ONE MONTH AGO I DISCOVERED DIRECTV HAD BEEN DOUBLE BILLING ME FOR OVER 9 YEARS.

 

I BROUGHT THIS TO THEIR ATTENTION RIGHT AWAY, IT HAS TAKEN THEM ALL THIS TIME AND MY CONTINUED CALLS TO BE TOLD THEY WOULD NOT DO ANYTHING TO RECTIFY THEIR MISTAKE. THEY WILL NOT RECOGNIZE ANY COMPLAINT OF THIS KIND PAST 30 DAYS.

 

I WANT ALL DIRECTV SUBSCRIBERS TO KNOW WHAT KIND OF COMPANY THEIR DEALING WITH, AND HOW THEY TREAT LONG TIME SUBSCRIBERS.
