This past 2 hours I have spent on( and 7 times kicked off) the telephone trying to resolve an internet access problem. After all the wasted calls I was informed that AOL was not the problem since I could access them( and my e-mails) but not the internet.

I suggested that it was there problem, but was assured by my new friend at aol that I should contact Verison, since they were my internet provider.After speaking to a very nice gentleman( whom I was able to understand). He reassured me that AOL and not Verizon was the provider of my dsl and internet access.

As a matter of fact he could not even find my account, just the telephone account.Since I am so irritated, and do not want to spend another 2 hours trying to speak to AOL and the wonderful lack of service they provide, I am sending this note off. Tomorrow I may have a few hours to deal with them. Thanks for taking the time to read my note of frustration.
