VISCOM TECHNOLOGIES AND SHOP NBC - Bought a $2,300 Viscom computer package from Shop NBC. From the moment I turned it on there was a problem. After at least 50 to 60 calls they said there "might" be a problem with the computer. I was told to send it back to the company (I paid for shipping).. After several weeks I received the computer and a technician came to put it together.

Bought a $2,300 Viscom computer package from Shop NBC. From the moment I turned it on there was a problem. After at least 50 to 60 calls they said there "might" be a problem with the computer. I was told to send it back to the company (I paid for shipping).. After several weeks I received the computer and a technician came to put it together.

I received a long list of problems that were found and corrected, but it still did't work properly. 75 calls later, they told me to send it back to them. Again, no computer for several weeks. When it came back, it still didn't work. There was a variety of wierd sounds,

freeze ups and other problems. After 8 months of misery I went to Small Claims Court. I won a judgement against VISCOM but BIG JIM PETERSON refuses to pay the judgement and is trying to vacate it from the Minnesota Courts.

I'd like to know if anyone out there has had a similar problem with VISCOM TECHNOLOGIES or SHOP NBC.

I've had a myriad of problems with my whole V2 Premier package. Just ot it back from my local 'Bigbox store' after $400+ in work and software to replace the recovery software that did not come with the computer originally. It still works like a 'steaming pile', but now I have backup software on most of the programs. Looks like 'hello bigbox store!' when I replace this huge disappointment. Screw JP and his snake oil show.
