I sent paperwork (Power of Attorney, Police Report) to D&B RMS regarding a check that was written using my daughter's ID which was stolen. My daughter, at the time the check was written, was already incarcerated on another charge. I had to fax this information to them on three occasions. There were two claims against my daughter.

They closed one claim out, but they continue to harass me regarding the other claim. The same information that was used to close one claim out should have been used to close the other claim out as well. Yet they continue to call my home regarding this claim.

Tele Check and other check writing collection agencies have cooperated with me fully, but D&B RMS SIMPLY REFUSE TO HANDLE THIS CLAIM THE SAME AS THE OTHER CLAIM!!!

D&B RMS are very hard to deal with when trying to resolve disputes. I will no longer speak to them regarding this claim. I am going to have to hire an attorney to get this matter resolved. This is ridiculous that I have to continue to deal with these people regarding the same claim information for both claims.

I hope that no one else has to go through the same thing that I am going through with D&B RMS because they are extremely hard to deal with.
