The Company is Quote.com. I believe they are a division of Lycos Finance. THEIR PRODUCT IS KNOWN AS: QCharts.

Originally when setting up the account, I received e-mails from Jill, Lycos Finance Product Support Specialist: http://finance.lycos.com, but the message address on the e-mail was: Email User

COMPLAINT:

On March 19, 2004, I sent an e-mail requesting immediate cancellation of my account because the data feed kept stopping. This account was a subscription to QCharts which is a Real Time Quote System.

Often this type of company, as does this one, charge through the end of the month for themselves as well as the Exchanges NYSE,NASDAQ,AMEX fees.

This I can accept. However, they then billed my credit card for April and May.

I have requested a refund several times, but using the e-mail address shown above, they will not even answer my e-mails.
