GMAC 2001 Malibu - I purchase my car from Pedigo Chevelot back in 2000, I went to trade my old car in and I was told that Nuvell often to finance me, but if I'm a couple of days behind or even a week behind I get phone call at work and at home all time of night from the time I get up in the morning until I go to bed even if I explain to them my payment will be a little late.

Also I want to trade in this car for a 2004 car and I was told that all I would get for this car is the book value which is 3000.00 I could believe that was all my car is worth, I still owe Nuvell about 13,000.00 or better on this car and when I purchase this car it was 18,000 miles already on this car, I didn't know much about car then and I needed to get back and
