Profiles electric rollers - I purchased some electric rollers at Sally's Beauty Supply. The name on the outside says "Profiles". These rollers are so hot they burn your head and hands. You can hardly use them. I can't find the name of the company.

I purchased this set (P1120) at Sally's as well. I have thick hair, but I did notice how hot the rollers got; I would leave the top open and let them cool a bit before using. However, in less than a year, they stopped working altogether. I still have the box but did not, unfortunately, send in the warranty. The company is Applica Inc., 99 Tower Drive, Middleton, NY, 10941-0703. Phone 800-557-9463. For service, it says to call 1-800-231-9786 instead of returning the product to the store where it was purchased.
