As of 8-28 I still have not received my merchandise nor has the person running this web site responded to my four emails that I have sent. I sent 2 to Email User and 2 to their contact us email address.

The only thing I got in return is a automatic letter stating they are very busy and I should wait for email stating order has been shipped and most orders take a 4 to 7 business days. This order is more than 3 weeks old.
