I gave them my phone number and address and told them to call if they needed directions. i waited all day saturday and finally called them after they were a no-show.

were a no-show.

i was told that they had no record of an appointment and they refused to send anyone out on saturday afternoon, or on sunday. i asked to speak to the owner/manager and the guy hung up on me. i then called back, and finally got through a 3rd time and was told the managers name and told

to call back on MOnday. i then hungup and called Best Locksmith LA, and they came out with in 30 mins and fixed my lock. Do not use pan Am lock, use best locksmith! Pan AM has a full page yellow page ad that advertises "24 years experience" and "thousands of satisfied customers". they have horrible customer service and

practice deceptive advertising. they have lost my business. wendy rc rc
