my mother took a trip via greyhound bus and when she returned home she was without her lugage. she reported it to the front desk and they treated her as if she had done something wrong.

she calls me every week for the past three weeks to tell me she has taking that journey down to the bus station because they asked her not to call, to tell her that they still dont have her lugage. is there anybody thats out there with advice please help.
