The manager of this store should be kicked fare up the !!!. We go to IGA to get most of our shopping because they have the items we want.
Some time ago My Wife wanted a jar of honey, She tried to pick one up but it and others were stuck to the shelves, fine this does happen! She told the staff about this problem and left it at that. Next week it was still the same and the week after and so on, this went on for five months.
You should do something about this as in my experience as a manager I have not seen a store run as bad as this branch. The staff are as lazy and are not interested in helping customers.
