unauthorized 2 * $89.99 charge from BAC TRAVELADV & BAC AUTOVANTAGE

Complaint regarding BAC TRAVELADV and BAC AUTOVANTAGE illegal charged my credit card issued from Bank of America. I checked my statment from Bank of America, and it shows that I had been charged $89.99 on Feb 02, 2004 from BAC TRAVELADV and another $89.99 on Feb 23, 2004 from BAC AUTOVANTAGE. I even have never heard BAC TRAVELADV nor BAC AUTOVANTAGE at all. I'm compaining this case to Bank of America now, But they ask me to send a letter FIRST, I will follow up their instructions exactly tomorrow and hope I can get any responses soon.
