RCN cable - My services were disconnected due to late payments and i thought nothing more of it figuring well they disconnected it so I'll just pay it off in installments, but when i called someone in there finance department i was told that my bill had tripled

RCN Stinks!!!

I am not a big fan of RCN cable they have shoddy billing practices and even shoddier customer service.

i was still suppose to be paying even though i was disconnected, there reasoning was i did not call and disconnect a service that was already disconnected and when i asked to speak to a supervisor about the mind numbing idea of calling to disconnect something that was already disconnected i was refused.

So now I've decided to dispute if and when this shows up on my credit, because I'm not paying for something that i never received--three months of cable!
