We didn't even recieve our insurance cards until after he was cancelled! See he was a hotel manager and a new ownership came in and changed to humana for health insruance and he kept contacting them about the insruace cards becasue it had been two months and no one had recevied them yet. So people paid for two months for health insurance and was not even able to use it becasue they had no card.

The Huaman people just keep saying there in the mail which would only take less then a week for people to get. I even recieve e-mails from Humana saying you are still insuranced and get there newsletters. I have written them about this but still have not heard back on them and when I call there customer service all they say is that I am no longer insuranced.
