Scientific American - magazine subscription Scientific American magazine: I responded to their free trial offer, received two issues in March and April, today received a dunning notice from National Credit Audit Corp. for collection of the full year. Scientific American doesn't provide telephone # on subscription card for reply, and did not communicate with me directly. A good Magazine, but bad customer relations strategy! (Note similar complaint #39 august 24 by Mattina) I called their 800 # just now, and was accommodated with a cancellation - I hope this is the end of it!
