The customer service representatives that I recently encountered were very nice and professional. They were available to assist me with all my requests and concerns. Additionally, as a long time customer, I have noticed that great changes have taken place within that company, definitely for the better. They have relocated according to the new address on the website and I've noticed that they carry better selections of classic and new titles and have the best toys available. As a happy customer, I felt it only fair to submit my own positive testimonial for excaliburfilms.com.
