dear sir:

it is several weeks now and my bill has not been corrected. i am being billed for internet conection which i do not have on this phone number (26965057). i have made personal visits to the hauz khas exchange.i have written letters to ministers. i have met officials at the exchange and the officials came to my neighbour's home some weeks back where i met them.

i have not paid several bills .my phone has been disconnected weeks back.i will have to pay bills till the phone gets reconnected after the billing of the internet is removed from my bills.this will be a loss to me. mtnl is losing business which it may not care about as indian government comapnies are like orphans ;nobody cares.

yesterday i asked my man to get bills from the exchange hoping that the bills would have been corrected. i still get bills for the internet connection.

in addition i got a bill ,2030987446, (period 09/07/2004 to 12/08/2004) where rental charged from 01/06/2004 to 15/06/2004 .this appears to be an internet bill .another bill ,no.2031101861,(09/08/2004 to 30/08/2004) is for 0.00 . i do not what this" bill" is for.

this matter must be resoved .i cannot go to mtnl office time and again.it costs money and time and effort and hassles which i do not ,cannot ,afford .i am 67 if this matters to your babus who do not seem to have heard of customer service ,customer is king , let alone compassion and duty .the babus do not lose anything .
