Location is junction of Hwys 65/50 in Sedalia. Complaint: paper machine has ripped me off several times. Takes money but will not open.

Last time was this morning 8/22/04. This is the LAST time I try ANY Kansas City paper machine! Your newspaper is not worth the frustration!
