When I tried to change the plan, they said they couldnt change me to the plan that I wanted because I had to make a payment arrangement before
The Only reason I had to make an arrangement was because the screwed up the plan in the first place. Once I paid, they allowed me to change to another plan temporarily and THEN, they made me go to a different plan that was more costly because they did not offer my original plan anymore with the telephone that I had (it is 14 months since I got the telephone from them) 2) It takes them 7-17 minutes to answer the phone every time that you call. 3) They pass the buck from department to department 4) They make you tell the story over and over and over and over infinitely 5) There is no way to find their corporate office address or their customer service address only where to send the payment! If you want to complain further, there is no way to take your complaint to the top. When my contract is up, I will NEVER use them again!!
