They will quote a rate, delay the process, and end up charging a higher rate than quoted with closing costs higher than you can obtain elsewhere. By the time they inform you that your rates have been increased due to their errors and inefficiency, its time to close your loan and you are stuck.

Don’t bother trying to contact them to complain or try to resolve the issue, they just don’t respond. Find a local lender, someone y6ou can talk to face to face, and find if you have problems. The issue here is not poor credit or over-extended credit, it is misleading advertising and very poor customer service with disproportionate costs. Ken H
