I joined this book club, they shipped a book that I did not order and did not ship one that I did order. I wrote to them to let them know.

They do nothing to correct their mistake and charge me for the book that I did not order. I am not going to pay to ship a book back to them, that is their problem not mine. They say my book is on back order and charge me for it. I dont have the book, and charges should not be made for their mistake.
